HIV Prevention Program

  • HIV/Hep. C Counseling, Testing, and Referral
  • Group HIV Risk Reduction Education
  • Community presentations

 

HIV Client Services Program

  • Case Management
  • Financial Assistance to purchase
    • Medical care
    • Medication
    • Nutrition
    • Transportation services
    • Rental Assistance
    • Utility and Mortgage payment assistance
    • Other support services including mental health care, substance abuse treatment, vision and dental care services.
  • Support Group

 

Interior Medication Assisted Treatment– Comprehensive Opioid Treatment Program

  • Medication maintenance and detoxification
  • Individual and group counseling
  • Skill development
  • Case Management services
  • Community education and advocacy

 

Target Populations: Individuals at high risk for HIV

  • Individuals who inject drugs
  • Men who have sex with men
  • Individuals living with HIV
  • Adults being released from incarceration that are living with Opioid Use Disorder
  • Individuals living with Opioid Use Disorder for 1 year or more
