Here's how it works
- Call IAA at 907-452-4222 and ask for an at home HIV and/or Syphilis test
- Leave a message if it is after hours and we will call you back the next business day
- Participate in a short pre-screening over the phone
- Follow instructions provided in the unmarked box to complete the test
- Call us with your results or send back the results card in the pre-addressed and stamped envelope
- Be proud of yourself for being proactive in your health!
